The COOL Code: Youth Accountability Pledge
At Cool Aid, we’re all about creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where everyone can be themselves and grow together.
To make this happen, we ask all our youth to join us in taking "The COOL Code: Youth Accountability Pledge."
This pledge is our way of committing to the Core Values that make Cool Aid an awesome place to be.
The COOL Code stands for Commitment, Open-mindedness, Optimism, Leadership, Accountability, Integrity, and Determination.
By following these values, you’re not just looking out for yourself—you’re helping to build a community where everyone feels welcome and included.
When you take the COOL Code pledge, you’re agreeing to be a positive force at Cool Aid. Whether it’s sticking to our zero-tolerance policy on bullying, cleaning up after yourself and keeping our facility safe, or stepping up as a leader to others, your actions make a big difference. Together, we can make Cool Aid the best place to hang out, make new friends, and have fun while learning and growing.

At Cool Aid, we are dedicated to creating a safe, fun, and engaging space for all our youth. Whether you’re enjoying the Montessori style of learning as a younger participant or hanging out in a relaxed atmosphere as an older youth, participation in our programs is both required and delivered in a fun, inviting way.
As a member of the Cool Aid community, I pledge to uphold The COOL Code, which represents our shared commitment to:

These principles are the foundation of our community at Cool Aid. I understand that adhering to them, along with our policies and procedures, is essential to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
I also acknowledge and support Cool Aid’s zero-tolerance policy on bullying and harmful behaviors.

I commit to reviewing and reinforcing these values regularly, and to working with my peers and leaders to embody them in everything we do at Cool Aid. Together, we will create a safe haven where we can grow, form lasting friendships, and acquire skills that will benefit us for years to come.
